This one Bedroom unit that has its own kitchen, living area and bedroom. The master bedroom has a double bed with wardrobe unit and side bed lighting, whilst a double sofa bed in the living area and an extra bed can easily accommodate 4 to a maximum of 5 persons ( on request). The swimming pool is absolutely lovely, large in size with a splash pool and distant sea and country views as shown in the photo below. The apartment is on the ground floor and all units have their own entrance and their respective kitchen, living room, and dining area. The apartment unit has a living room furnished with sofa-armchairs, a coffee table, a dining area. The kitchen is equipped for self catering purposes and has all the necessary basic utensils. Dining by the pool is also possible which is shared with two other apartment units and one can make use of the BBQ as well.

Village Neighborhood
The apartment forms part of a villa estate located in a prime residential area called Santa Maria Estate in Mellieha. Mellieha can be split in to 3 main areas, the residential part, the central old village part near the Church and down the hilltop near the beach. Its a popular, tranquil and enjoyable part of the island for all walks of life and most especially for travellers alike who will enjoy some fantastic scenery and activities in the area for an enjoyable holiday.
Parking & Bus Stops
All amenities, restaurants cafes bars , bank, Church are in the town center which is about 13 minutes walk away or 3 minutes by car. Just up the road you will find a supermarket for any necessities
