The apartment has an overall of area of approximately 145 square metres and is served with a lift and modernly furnished with quality furnishings throughout. Accommodation is offered for 1 to 10 persons in 4 bedrooms with 2 double beds, 4 single beds and 2 folding put up beds. The property comprises of a large living room equipped with a 32" LCD TV and DVD player. There is a fully equipped kitchen for self catering with seating for 6 persons. There is a main bathroom, one with en-suite shower . There are 2 balconies , one in the front and one in the back of the apartment. The apartment is close to the main square, the playing field and other amenities. The property is equipped with air conditioners that use pre paid cards that are metered. All amenities are nearby and there is a bus stop just a few minutes walk away.
Services Payable Seperately
The air conditioners are metered and operate by pre paid cards which are available from from the caretaker on check in. The cost per kilowatt/ hour is 30 cents.
Village Neighborhood
The apartment rental is located in a quiet residential area. it is close to the playing field ideal for the little children Shops, bus stops , library, church, open market, pharmacy, convenience stores are all within walking distance. At Zebbug there are some great places to eat, cafes as well as wine bars and of course the social band clubs which are all worth a visit. Food stores, banks, atm's , pharmacies, doctors clinic, buses and all amenities are close by.

Valletta: 6.5 km, Mosta: 4 km, Rabat and Mdina: 3 km, Attard: 2 km, Golden Sands Beach: 9 km, Ghar Lapsi Beach: 7 km, Marsa Sports and Golf Club - 3 km, Tennis: Zebbug Tennis Club - 300 m, Paceville: 8 km, Bugibba: 8 km, The Three Cities: 8 km. An efficient bus service runs from Valletta to Haz-Zebbug and vice versa every 25 minutes. There is also another bus that goes to Siggiewi, Rabat/Mdina (from here one can take other buses too) Bahrija a small hamlet where one finds restaurants specialising mainly in maltese food especially Rabbit.
Bus During the Summer months also has routes to the picturesque beach of Ghar Lapsi where the water is crystal clear. Here there are some lovely restaurants specializing in local Maltese and Mediterranean cuisine including fish or local rabbit dishes.
