Accommodation is comfortable and furnished with modern furnishing and interior decor. This property is a fantastic choice for a family holiday in Malta enjoying shared pool use in a homely ------- that the caretaker of property lives on the ground and second floor in a separate part of the property which overlooks the pool area. On entrance you have the kitchen on one side, a dining table and adjacent is the living room. There is a TV, coffee table, sofas and dining table. There are 3 bedrooms, one which has 2 single beds and the other 2 having double beds, sleeping 6 persons comfortably. The pool area is very large and is equipped wih sun loungers, palm trees and offers magnificent views towards the sea from a unique position on this hilltop village of St Maria Estate, Mellieha.

Village Neighborhood
The apartment rental area is a prime residential real estate zone called Santa Maria Estate which forms part of Mellieha. Mellieha can be segmented in to 3 parts, the hilltop area near the town and church center , Santa Maria Estate and Krdin which host several prime villas and apartment units , and the beach area down towards Mellieha bay locally known as il bajja ta L-Ghadira. This neighborhood has some most spectacular landscapes , views and places to enjoy especially when on holiday here in Malta. For Santa Maria estate you can walk towards the center for some cafes, restaurants, bus stop or taxi services. You will find some more restaurants down by the beach front . The main area is on a high hilltop so walking back up is possible but hopping on to a bus or having a car is recommended and is only a 5 minute trip. There are a few supermarkets on the main street for your convenience shopping . The area is highly residential and tranquil at all times of the year , even in peak holiday season . The area is an excellent place to stay for holidays in Malta. Since It is located in the north of Malta, one can easily go to Gozo or Comino for a day. Whilst towards the other side- southward, one can visit St Julians, Sliema for further nightlife and entertainment. Crossing over from Mellieha to Gozo is easy and would just require a 5 to 10 minute drive to the Gozo Channel car ferry terminal. From Mellieha to the other side of the island for example to St Julians would take approx 15 to 20 minutes drive. So the location is ideal to explore the islands of Malta whilst on holiday. The north of Malta is also ideal due to being relatively closer to larger sandy beaches, apart from its own beach in Mellieha bay. Nearby beaches are Golden sands Beach, Ghajn tuffieha and Gnejna which are all beautiful beaches to spend a day at the beach. Most beaches also offer facilities such as public facilities, a bar or beach bar.
Parking & Bus Stops
A bus stop is about 5 minutes walk away. A convenience store for quick shopping is about 12 minutes walk away. On this street you will find most of all necesities inclding Bank, Gas Station, Supermarket, convenience store, Pizzeria, cafe, bar, restaurant. Further down town past the main square you will end up on the beach of Mellieha. Getting back up is an uphill may be best by bus or by car but many do just walk it up anyway
