Complete your profile and verify your identity

After creating your account, complete your profile and visit the the trust and verification centre to verify your identity and details. 

Create your listing

If you are listing a property, describe your listing, how many guests you can accommodate, detail your house rules, insert your daily rates, choose your cancellation policy, add photos and other details that help guests make an informed decision before booking your listing. Remember it’s free to create a holiday home listing on holiday-malta.com, you only pay a host fee per booking whilst your account status is either New Host or Active Host. Priority Hosts are not charged any host fees. If you are listing an activity, describe your listing, how many guests you can accommodate, pricing, where to meet and detail what you offer. Message & reply to guest messages.

It all starts with a message, gusts may ask you a question about your property or activity listing prior to or after a booking. Messages are sorted in your account by property/activity, guest and date which helps you remain organised. If you want to send a message to a guest, just click on a message thread in your account to send a new one. It's as easy as 1,2,3 !

Get paid

holiday-malta.com’s secure payment system means you never have to deal with payments, except in the case of security deposits and pay per use services. Guests are charged before arrival, and you are paid automatically directly to your bank account depending on your host rating status and the cancellation policy you have in place on your listing.

Review

After your guests check out or have consumed their activity you will have the possibility to rate and review your guest as so would the guest who stayed at your holiday homeor attended to your activity. Hosts with a higher number of reviews generally attract more guests to their place or activity. It's a no brainer !
