Listing Detail

The swimming pool is absolutely lovely, large in size and equipped with a splash pool. From the pool deck you can enjoy lovely sea and country views in the distance. All the apartment units are on the ground floor each with their respective kitchen, living room, and dining area. The apartment has a living room which is modernly furnished with sofa-armchairs, coffee table, a dining area and table . The kitchen is equipped with utensils and appliances. Dining by the pool is also possible and use of a BBQ is also available and use is shared with the other 2 apartments. There are 3 bedrooms offering accommodation for 6 to 8 persons The master bedroom has a double bed with wardrobe unit and side bed lighting, whilst the other bedrooms have 2 single beds. There is a full bathroom facility with WC, bath and shower. Distant views of the sea are from the pool deck area .

Private or Shared Spaces

Access is via the villa property main gate and is for residents only. Guests booking the apartment unit make use of the whole apartment and share the common parts including the swimming pool. The Villa is set in a tranquil exclusive residential area and close enough to all the amenities where one will be able to fine a good selection of shops, restaurants and cafes who cater for everyone's tastes , styles and budgets. The villa comprises of 3 independently accessed units and share a large swimming pool and deck terrace overlooking the sea and valley views up to our sister islands of Comino and Gozo.

Village Neighborhood

Mellieha has some fantastic scenic views from high ground as well as from sea level. The area is a well known part of the island for both the tourist and the locals. Its a place to enjoy the peaceful surroundings by the sea side, the restaurants, the cafes and the beaches that are nearby. The Villa estate and its apartment units are situated in a prime residential area and within a 10 minute walk to all amenities you may need whilst on holiday. From within a 1 KM radius from Santa Maria Estate you will find several shops, restaurants , cafes who cater for a wide variety of tastes, styles and budgets. Several bus routes to choose from to various parts of the island including to ferry terminals for trips to Gozo and Comino's Blue Lagoon .
