This maisonette/apartment has its own private entrance and located in a prime residential area of Swieqi in Malta. The apartment consists of a large spacious living room, equipped with brand new modern furnishing, sofa, plasma TV connected to local cable TV, and a DVD player. The main hall leads to 3 bedrooms, two that are equipped with queen size double beds and one that has 2 single beds. One of the main bedrooms has a bathroom ensuite for maximum comfort. All bedrooms are air conditioned including the living room. The fully equipped modern kitchen also has a dishwasher, extra flat screen TV, toaster, microwave, cooker, oven, coffee maker , stereo CD player, etc. From the living area there is a spiral staircase to a room on the top floor that leads to a lovely sun terrace equipped with sun beds and BBQ.

Services Payable Seperately
An allowance of 50 Units of electricity per day is included in the daily rate. However, any extra units used will be charged at €------ per unit and paid on site prior to departure.
Village Neighborhood
Swieqi is a prime residential area of St Julians. St Julians Initially a fishing village, later turned to a summer residence for wealthy locals and now developed into one of the Island's main areas for night life and entertainment, especially for the youngsters and the middle aged. Within walking distance to Paceville, this village still retains some of it's old dwellings and boat houses. The small bay still shelters numerous coloured Maltese boats that are berthed here all year long. St Julians derives it's name from the Patron Saint of hunters. St Julians is a village for all ages and walks of life. The young at heart will most certainly enjoy nearby Paceville - this locality offers much to tourists looking for nightlife, including discos, bars, pubs, restaurants, beach clubs, a casino and other entertainment.
Parking & Bus Stops
Easilly walk down towards St Georges bay or balluta bay from the property location. Paceville and st julians center are about 10 minutes walk away . Shops and amenities are also a short walk away , there is a choice of small convenience stores to large supermarket potions in the area . For on demand transport , there are local app services offering transport on demand including electric scooters .
We recommend walks to St Georges Bay , Spinola Bay or Balluta Bay and hop on to a bus to see Valletta. Buses offer several different routes to other parts of the island and you can also buy weekly travel cards
On arrival, we collect a refundable deposit against breakages, lost keys, utility abuse etc. This is refunded on check out provided all is in order
