Two bedroom apartment forming part of a private villa estate ideal for short term rental or long term rent. The bedrooms have one with double bed,the other with three single beds, a 1ingle bed and 2 sofa beds are available for when booking for 6 persons. Access is directly via a private gate and on to a large swimming pool and sun deck. The apartment has an equipped kitchen with necessary utensils, and appliances for a self catering holiday in Malta. The apartment unit at the property has laundry facilities, TV, Wifi-internet and air conditioning in the bedrooms. The village center is only a 10 minute walk where you will find all you need for shops, bars and restaurants, banks etc. There are several places to swim or beaches here including the largest beach down at Ghadira Mellieha Bay

The apartment rental is in a tranquil and highly sought after residential area that mostly consist of some of the most beautiful villa estates on the island. Mellieha has character , history and some of the most attractive landscapes and beaches on the island. Here you will find all you need whether it means takjing it easy or enjoying the mediterranean sun , an activity , or exploring the island. Mellieha is highlighted with its imposing Church that is visible from most parts of the area . There are quite a few restaurants and bars to choose from and these are located iether down by the beach side or up at the older part of central mellieha

No parties or organized events. The Swimming pool is not available from November till March. Guests are to be responsible for their own children's safety.
