Listing Detail
This self catering holiday apartment is situated at first floor level but enjoys the use of a lift. Upon entrance into the apartment one will find a medium sized living room, fully equipped kitchen and 3 bedrooms, one with an ensuite shower, a separate bathroom and both front and back terraces. A swimming pool run by a private school during the Summer is situated 5 minutes away from the property and is available for guest against a nominal fee paid directly at the pool entrance. This property has an excellent finish throughout and is one of our favorites in the central area of Malta.
Services Payable Seperately
The air conditioners are metered and operate by pre paid cards which are available from from the caretaker on check in. The cost per kilowatt/ hour is 30 cents.
Village Neighborhood
Zebbug or formerly known as Citta Rohan is a most typical and old local town in Malta.
Surrounding villages include Attard, Rabat and Mdina also known as the Silent City - a gem of architecture, art and history. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area with some
Shops, bus stops , local library, church, open market, pharmacy, convenience stores are all within walking distance. There are 14 chapels at Zebbug one of which, namely St. Roque’s chapel is one of the oldest Chapels in Malta. The valley of Wied Qirda located on the outskirts is a nature gem. Here, many trekkers enjoy the fresh air, tranquility and the beauty of mother nature. At Zebbug Malta there are some very nice eateries, cafes as well as wine bars and of course the social band clubs which are all worth a visit. Food stores, banks, atm's , pharmacies, doctors clinic, buses and all amenities are close by.

No walking with heels inside the apartment .
No loud music or noise after 22 hrs.
The kitchen must be left clean and all dirty utensils and crockery must be washed and put in place before check out. On check out garbage bags must be taken out before 7 am and placed on the pavement or taken to the local bins Otherwise a local council fee of 5 Euros per garbage bag will be incurred The maximum number of persons booked is not to be exceeded,unless this is approved by the owner .
Only the number of persons booked will be allowed inside the apartment.
Children are not allowed on the balconies or terraces and in the common areas unattended.
Persons under 18 years must be accompanied by their parents.
Check in: 15hrs to 20.30 hrs Check ins from 21hrs to 22.3 hrs incur an additional charge of 25 Euros.
For late check ins after 22.3 hrs please ask
