Village Neighborhood
Located on the outskirts of Xaghra, a vibrant town bustling with shops, restaurants, and a bank, this farmhouse offers easy access to local amenities. Just a short drive away is Ramla beach, renowned as Gozo's and arguably Malta's best beach. Known locally as Ramla il-Hamra (the Red Sand Beach), it boasts a wide stretch of red sand, making it a fantastic spot for swimming, snorkeling, and soaking up the sun. The area around the beach remains wonderfully undeveloped, with just a couple of cafes and a stall set back from the shore. Xaghra is also famous for its lively village feast, held annually in early September. This traditional celebration features colorful parades, live music, and fireworks, creating a festive atmosphere that attracts both locals and visitors.
