This lovely Farmhouse Villa in Xaghra, Gozo offers holiday accommodation for up to 13 persons and consists of a fully equipped kitchen/living area, six bedrooms all enjoying an en-suite bathroom, five of which are double bedrooms and one triple bedroom. Some bedrooms include a terrace overlooking beautiful views of the valley. Extra beds can be made available at an extra charge. The kidney shaped pool enjoys a jacuzzi and overlooks the picturesque scenery of the valley and is surrounded by mature gardens. The ground floor level comprises of a four poster bedroom with an en-suite shower room and a terrace overlooking impressive views of Pergla valley. There is also another en-suite bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, and a large terrace with plants and trees overlooking the valley. Bedroom layout:- 2 double beds and 1 single bed on ground floor, both with ensuite bathrooms, 3 double beds and 2 single beds on pool level, all with ensuite bathrooms.
Private or Shared Spaces
The Vacation rental is accessed through a private road surrounded by wonderful countryside and forms part of a cluster of 4 other houses surrounded by some very pretty open land. Guests booking this country holiday home will have access to the whole property when booking a short stay or long let. The pool is for private use of guests only. Parking is private just outside the property.
Services Payable Seperately
A welcome pack (containing milk, mineral water, orange juice, bread, butter, cheese, sugar, tea and coffee) is included for free upon arrival for bookings of 1 week and over.
Pets are allowed on request: pet charge is €20 for 1 pet, €30 for 2.
A free weekly maid service is offered for bookings of more than seven 7 nights; extra maid services are charged at the rate of €10 an hour.
As the company strives to be eco-friendly, a euro coin meter is present. On average, 10-15 free units are given each day during the Summer months and 30-35 units during the winter months. Should tenants exceed this energy limit, a cost of EUR 0.30 cents per unit will be charged. Heating is done through the A/C. Air-conditioning is available in the bedrooms and the living area.
Village Neighborhood
The area is a quiet area surrounded by lovely countryside that slopes down towards the seaside. Its located on the outskirts of Marsalforn and Xaghra. This country home is in an ideal location being away from it all yet walking up the road leads to a main road that goes down to Marsalforn for some seaside restaurants and cafes you can enjoy. There is a small supermarket nearby for any quick shopping you may need during your stay. Towards the other side you can venture inward towards The Xaghra Church square for other amenities , relaxation or a meal out. Ramla Bay is also a short distance away where you can also enjoy some time by the beach. Ramla hosts a small beach bar and restaurant and is a pretty place to spend some time out in the fine mediterranean sunshine. Gozo has lots to offer from dramaticly beautifull landscapes and clear Mediterranean blue waters that surround the island. Overall we are sure you will love Gozo , ..its is a gem of an island where one can relax away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The villa is in close proximity to Ramla Bay which is the Island's largest sandy beach.
Parking & Bus Stops
Having a car is recommended but not essential. You may also make use of some local transport providers that can be called to take you anywhere you like if needed. Transport to and from Malta airport can also be requested. You get to Gozo by crssing the Gozo Channel with a car and passenger ferry . Other ferry services are also being provided from Valletta. The trip accross the channel from Malta to Gozo is about 20 minutes via Cirkwewwa and Mgar Harbor

No parties or events unless authorized.
Two small dogs are permitted. We ask that you do not allow your pets on any of the beds, in the pool or left unattended.
Please don't leave children unattended at any time.
