This wonderful three bedroom farmhouse consists of a fully equipped kitchen/ living area and 3 bedrooms, ideal to rent for weekly holidays in Gozo and accommodates up to 8 persons, in one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms. 2 extra sofa beds are arranged for the 6th and 7th person. Outside one finds a lovely pool and sun deck equipped with pool shower, dining table garden furniture and a bbq area. The house is equipped with wifi internet access. The nearest bus stop and supermarket are only 5 minutes by walk. restaurants, historical sites, pubs and the beautiful beach of ramla bay are just a short 10 minute drive away. Other amenities include pay per use air-conditioning, safe deposit box, hydro bath, garden furniture, washing machine.

Village Neighborhood

The island of gozo and its little hamlet villages is well known for its charm and "having that something special about the place". The island is rather greener than mainland malta, with some exotic cliffs, and hilltops that have inspired many from the regular traveller to artists and writers alike. Most of the villages including the location of this villa have a church square, which is the usual meeting place when one needs directions to the little winding streets or alleys around built up areas. Getting to a nearby village restaurant , cafe or the beach itself is usually just a very short drive away. The village of xaghra has some fantastic hilltops and views down towards the bay of ramla with probably some of the best it can get. The farmhouses is roughly a 15 minute walk to the beach of Ramla Bay, walking throught the beautiful Ramla Valley.

A bus stop is just a few minutes walk from the farmhouses and connects to Victoria, Marsalforn and the ferry terminal in Gozo.
