This Family run holiday home is located in the tranquil and picturesque town of Xaghra Gozo and typically furnished for self catering rental stays as a local farmhouse rental or villa with private pool. Its Ideal for locals or foreign guests seeking a decent place to stay or to book for short term stays or long stays in summer or winter. The house consists of a fully equipped kitchen/dining/living room with cable TV and an electric fireplace and 4 bedrooms, 2 doubles and 2 twin bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms. Extra beds are made available at an extra charge. On the outside one can find a pool and a BBQ Area enjoying both country and sea views. The house is fully air-conditioned.

Guests who book the house make use of the whole property including the private swimming pool.
Services Payable Seperately
A welcome pack (containing milk, mineral water, orange juice, bread, butter, cheese, sugar, tea and coffee) is included for free upon arrival for bookings or rentals confirmed for 1 week and over. A free weekly maid service is offered for bookings of more than seven (7) nights; extra maid services are charged at the rate of €10 an hour. Pets allowed: Pet charge is €20 for 1 pet, €30 for 2.
Use of air conditioning is coin operated. SUMMER TIME: 10-15 units free thereafter coin operated top up of 2 euros which buys approximately 8 more units. WINTER TIME: 30-35 units free thereafter coin operated top up of 2 euros which buys approximately 8 more units.
Village Neighborhood
The location of the house is very tranquil and peaceful, and most Ideal for a getaway holiday break, however you are never far from Marsalforn where you will find several restaurants, Church, bank, Cafes, beach , scuba diving and other activities where available. For the beach, via Xghara you can choose to go to Marsalforn or to the larger Ramla Bay which is also nearby. As a holiday resort, Gozo island offers a wealth of interesting attractions from its beautiful landscapes , beaches, and a rich historic background, Once on Gozo the island instantly gives you that special mystical fun and exiting feeling. Its enjoyable and fusome with several fantastic views you can enjoy whilst travelling around the Gozitan landscape. Gozo Island presents itself with an old fashioned and laid back mediterranean kind of lifestyle, famous for its friendly local people and known to be very safe for all walks of life. The Village of Xaghra is one of Gozos little hamlet villages, which although unique for most its relatively similar to most other villages on the island. Xaghra is close to some beauty spots with the nearby beach of Ramla Il Hamra, meaning Red Sand and the mythical legendary cave of Calypso which enjoys some stunning views. With its Church and main square, historic attractions and the holiday homes available for renting in winter and Summer time, Xaghra a a great place to stay and is for some who experienced it, a holidaymakers favourite for all the family.
From the house the Village square of Xaghra is 5 minutes drive away from: where you can find supermarkets, fruit and vegetable shops, butchers, coffee shops, restaurants and bars.
