Listing Detail

This is a typical styled Gozo farmhouse rental property and consists of an equipped self catering kitchen with dining and living area enjoying air conditioning. There are two double bedrooms with an ensuite bathroom, a twin bedroom also with an ensuite bathroom, a triple bedroom, and a spare shower room. All bedrooms are air conditioned and provide accommodation for up to 9 persons. The outdoor area consists of a good sized swimming pool with sun loungers, an external dining area and a BBQ. The swimming pool deck area enjoys fantastic scenic country views and gives you a sense of freedom. The property is usually rented for a minimum stay of a week, however shorter lettings may be considered. In such cases please contact us. Additional beds can also be made available at an extra charge. The house is hosted by experienced staff well maintained and run by a careful owner. Accepts only 7 nights in peak season unless there is a gap of 3 nights between stays

Services Payable Seperately

A welcome pack (containing milk, mineral water, orange juice, bread, butter, cheese, sugar, tea and coffee) is included for free upon arrival for bookings or rentals confirmed for 1 week and over. A free weekly maid service is offered for bookings of more than seven (7) nights; extra maid services are charged at the rate of €10 an hour. Pets allowed: Pet charge is €20 for 1 pet, €30 for 2.
Use of air conditioning is coin operated. SUMMER TIME: 10-15 units free thereafter coin operated top up of 2 euros which buys approximately 8 more units. WINTER TIME: 30-35 units free thereafter coin operated top up of 2 euros which buys approximately 8 more units.

Village Neighborhood

The neighbourhood hosts a number of maisonettes and local stone built houses that enjoy peace and quiet yet ideally near to Marsalforn for restaurants cafes and more, whilst also close to Ramla Bay , the Xaghra village center and church square. Gozo island is a jewel of the mediterranean and a favourite destination for many travellers from all over europe and slightly different from mainland Malta. The Gozitans are proud friendly people and we are sure you will enjoy the local culture , lifestyle and the attractions it offers as a holiday destination.

Parking & Bus Stops

The holiday home is close to all amenities and several attractions with an excellent choice of restaurants and seaside cafes in the nearby village of Marsalforn which is just about 5 minutes drive away. A Small supermarket is nearby for quick shopping when you need. In Gozo nowhere is really far way , there is also a Large Lidl store just outside the Rabat City center. To get to Gozo you need to travel from the Malta international airport to the nearest ports/ which is currently in Cirkewwa ( 40 mins drive ) if yuo are using a car or from Valletta if you are using public transport.
Once you arrive in Mgarr the drive towards Xaghra will take approximately 10 minutes. You will receive a link with directions once you book and have a confirmation of stay with check in co ordination.
