Terraced villa consisting of a fully equipped kitchen/dining and living area with cable TV and an electric fireplace, 4 bedrooms of which 2 are doubles and 2 are twin bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms. Additional beds are made available at an extra charge. The pool and deck area enjoys sun loungers, a sunshade, a BBQ and beautiful sea and country views. The accommodation layout is as follows : 1 double bed bedroom and 2 single beds bedroom are on the ground floor with en-suite bathrooms with shower/bath rooms. 1st floor - 1 double bed and 2 single beds on first floor en-suite with shower/bath rooms. All rooms are also equipped with ceiling fans & insect screens. A safe deposit box is also available for guests. Access is via a marble staircase and own entrance .
Services Payable Seperately
A welcome pack (containing milk, mineral water, orange juice, bread, butter, cheese, sugar, tea and coffee) is included for free upon arrival for bookings or rentals confirmed for 1 week and over. A free weekly maid service is offered for bookings of more than seven (7) nights; extra maid services are charged at the rate of €10 an hour. Pets allowed: Pet charge is €20 for 1 pet, €30 for 2.
Use of air conditioning is coin operated. SUMMER TIME: 10-15 units free thereafter coin operated top up of 2 euros which buys approximately 8 more units. WINTER TIME: 30-35 units free thereafter coin operated top up of 2 euros which buys approximately 8 more units.
Village Neighborhood
Marsalforn and the center of Xaghra and Ramla Bay are all nearby . A small supermarket is nearby and within walking distance for your convenience whilst on holiday. There is a beautiful beach very near to where the property is located called Ramla il Hamra beach, where you will find unique red sand and some wonderful natural surroundings. All amenities are just a short drive to the village center.

No Parties or organized events without Owners direct authorization
We ask that you do not allow your pets on the beds, in the pool or unattended.
