An airy and cosy holiday Villa Town House located in Qormi, complemented with a swimming pool, surrounded by a meticulously designed garden, full of plants and garden furniture that give this holiday rental a truly exceptional look of charm and character down to the slightest detail. On entering the house you are immediately greeted with a spacious hallway taking you to the living and dining room to one side and the kitchen to the other side. All rooms are furnished in detail for greatest comfort. The property sleeps 6 persons in 2 bedrooms- one double and the other is twin. There are 2 single spare beds, one that may be arranged in the main bedroom and the other in the living area. The single bed in the bedroom can also be set up in the living area. A baby cot is available. The Location is between Qormi and Zebbug in central Malta, which are typical Maltese villages away from the mainstream tourist zones, however it is only about 10 to 15 minutes to Valletta (5 KM), Sliema or St Julians by bus. Getting to any other village, tourist resort area or northern beaches may be reached within less than 30 minutes. History lovers will find that getting to the old capital city of Mdina built in the 15th century is no more than a 10 to 15 minute drive away from Qormi and Zebbug. Also nearby are the Presidents Palace and the only 18 hole golf course in Malta. A Bus Stop is conveniently located only a few minutes away from the property.

Parts of Qormi and Zebbug are a mix of residential and other are relatively commercial zones where you will find some Bank Headquarters, home decor and kitchen design showrooms etc. Qormi is one of the most important cities in Malta from which several other cities have emerged including ------, the capital city of Malta. Qormi is a place with a rich historic background. This town was built between two valleys, the Great Valley and the Black Valley. Qormi is located towards the center of the Maltese islands . Qormi is known locally as ĦalQormi ( or in the time of the Knights "Il Fornaro" a title that comes from the time of the knights which testifies to how it was known for the local bread makers traditional methods and to this day is still well known for local bread consumers.
