The apartment has its own private entrance that leads on to a wonderful pool deck. Furnishing is modern and of excellent quality with own private amenities and fully equipped for self-catering holidays in Malta. The apartment comprises of dining and kitchen area, and a bedroom for two persons. or 3 persons, baby cot and high chair can be provided the bedroom consists of 1 double bed wardrobe 2 side table, chest of drawers, two-arm Chairs, coffee table—flat TV and air-conditioning. The 3rd person may be provided with an extra bed facility on request. The kitchen is equipped with all you should require for holiday accommodation, with your own cooker hob, fridge freezer, microwave, washbasin, toaster, and utensils including pots and pans. The large swimming pool is shared with only 2 other apartments rented only and exclusively to resident holidaymakers. The pool is split with a shallow baby pool to cater for little kids.
The swimming pool measures 950 x 500 cm with a depth of 187 cm. The shallow end is 90 cm deep.
The children's relaxation area measures 270x270 cm and is 55 cm deep.

Village Neighborhood

The Villa and apartment unit is located in Mellieha , Santa Maria Estate which is a highly sought after tranquil residential villa estate area. It is also only a short distance away from the town center and the lower part where you will find a large sandy beach as well as other places to enjoy the seaside. Mellieha is one of Malta's most picturesque tourist destinations. The town center boasts of its splendid hotels, fine restaurants and traditional local shops. Mellieha is home to a majestic baroque church that was built in late 19th century . Nearby and towards the center is a Supermarket for all amenities and general shopping during your short stay whilst on holiday. From here you can easily visit Gozo island for a day too. You will find an ATM machine in the Mellieha center. Geographically the town is on the northern side of Malta Getting from one side to the other in Malta is easily achieved in less than an 40 to 60- minute drive. You can visit St Julians, Sliema areas from Mellieha within 30 to 40 minutes drive. Crossing over from Mellieha to Gozo is easy and would just require a 5 to 10 minute drive to the Gozo Channel car ferry terminal. From Mellieha to the other side of the island for example to St Julians would take approx 15 to 20 minutes drive. So the location is ideal to explore the islands of Malta whilst on holiday. The north of Malta is also ideal due to being relatively closer to larger sandy beaches, apart from its own beach in Mellieha bay. Nearby beaches are Golden sands Beach, Ghajn tuffieha and Gnejna which are all beautiful beaches to spend a day at the beach. Most beaches also offer facilities such as public facilities, a bar or beach bar.
