Enjoying two bedrooms, a spacious kitchen, living & dining room with a terrace overlooking the sea and 2 bathrooms one of which is en-suite. Apartment is also fully air conditioned. The apartment is approximately 70 square meteres in internal area, with the seafront terrace of roughly 5 square meters. The bedrooms are furnished with on double bed and 2 twin beds and a single sofa bed . Kitchen appliances include an electric oven, microwave, toaster, percolator, 4 electric hobs, fridge freezer, and the necessary kitchen utensils for a self-catering holiday in Malta.

Weekly Price of the property utilities is INCLUDED with the following limits: water 0.5 cubic meters per person p/week, electricity 150kWh per apartment p/week. These parameters are usually more than enough for the week stay. Any usage over and above the set limits are payable extra at a rate of €------ per cubic meter for Water and €------ per kWh of Electricity.
Village Neighborhood
A nearby jetty allows you to board ferries or day cruises around the Maltese Islands. The main ferry terminal which carries you across to the islands of Comino and Gozo are located in Cirkewwa which is roughly a 20 minute drive from the apartment.
Parking & Bus Stops
A bus stop less than a minute away from the apartment block and restaurants, bars, cafes are abundant in the area all the way up to neighboring Qawra and Bugibba. Free-on-street parking is available.
A Refundable Security/Breakages Deposit of EUR 150 payable upon Arrival. For large groups with guests under the age of 25 an additional security deposit of EUR 50 per person may be requested.
