The studio apartment has one double bed, a kitchenette and a large bathroom. It has amazing views over looking St Pauls Bay. The Apartment measures 32 sqm internally, making it an ideal property for a couple on vacation in Malta. There is a lift to all floors, with lift starting from ground floor. The apartment can accommodate up to 2 persons. Facilities include: Fast unlimited Wifi internet, Kitchenette including electric oven, toaster, microwave, two small hobs, fridge freezer, etc. Hair Dryer, iron and iron board and washing machine. Cots, highchairs are available on request. Airconditioning in all rooms. Towels and bed sheets are provided. Baggage room - available at no cost.

Close by there are several grocery shops, pharmacies, bus stops, restaurants, bars, etc. They are are all within a few meters walking distance.

Please note that in the weekly price of the property utilities are included as per below:
0. 5 cubic meters of water per person per week
100 kWh per 1 bedroom apartment per week;
150 kWh per 2 bedrooms apartment per week;
200 kWh per 3 bedrooms apartment per week.
These consumption references for water and electricity should be more than sufficient for normal use for a week. Turn off lights, air conditioning, and electrical appliances when you are not using them to stay within the limits included in the price.
If the above-mentioned parameters are exceeded, the following rates will apply for the extra consumption:
€0.38 per kWh for electricity and €5.60 per cubic meter for water.
The water and electricity meters are noted at the beginning and end of the stay.
Regarding the monthly rate, please note that the price does not include bills of water, and electricity. The guest will just pay what they consume. Usual estimation is euro 60/80 per month (without the use of air-condition).
Village Neighborhood
Close by there is also the Malta National Aquarium, many nice Lidos, Beach Clubs, Bugibba Jetty (where you can take day cruises to the Blue Lagoon and Comino), takeaways, Al fresco restaurants, etc. For the kids, there is a playing area by the Aquarium and also an aquatic play area (open in Summer only). Bugibba is a touristic destination, has many nice rocky beaches and also a perched sandy beach and it is close to all the major Sandy beaches. St Paul's Bay is on the main bus routes that connect the North to the South.
