This lovely two bedroom apartment is located on the seafront in St Pauls Bay. The view from the balcony is enchanting.
The apartment is nice, served by lift and located directly on the seafront. The apartment has a large balcony overlooking the spectacular bay of St Paul's, which is characterized by the traditional colourful Maltese fishing boats called the ‘luzzu’.
There is also free Wifi in the apartment. The apartment is fully equipped, highly finished and furnished. It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, a shower and a spacious kitchen dining living room with a balcony overlooking the sea and a double sofa bed. The kitchen is well equipped with refrigerator, freezer, cooker, toaster, kettle, all necessary cutlery, and dishes. In the living, there is a nice sofa and internet television with many international channels to choose from. In the apartment, you will find a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The apartment is fully Air Conditioned.
It is very relaxing and romantic to sit in the living room or on the balcony to enjoy dinner facing the sea and at the same time watch the sunset.

Weekly Price of the property utilities is INCLUDED with the following limits which are usually sufficient for a week's holiday : water 0.5 cubic meters per person p/week, electricity 150kWh per apartment p/week, 1 gas bottle per apartment p/week. These parameters are usually more than enough for the week stay. Any usage over and above the set limits are payable extra at a rate of €8.60 per cubic meter for Water and €0.42 per kWh of Electricity. IMPORTANT - water & electricity consumption is not included in the price for MONTHLY stays (28 nights +over)
Village Neighborhood
St Pauls Bay , locally known as San Pawl il Bahar ! , consists of 3 main neighbourhoods , the old part of st Pauls bay a typical tranquil residential area and the newer more developed touristy areas of Bugibba and Qawra. The apartment block is in an excellent for those seeking an ideal vacation rental location as its also easy to venture towards Bugibba and Qawra areas by walk or explore other parts of the island from within a short travel time. All Shopping conveniences such as pharmacies, banks, convenience stores, restaurants by the sea and wine bars are all within walking distance from the apartment rental. You may go for a swim just accross the road , or venture towards some of the best local sandy beaches in Golden Sands, Mellieha Bay, Paradise Bay, Gnejna Bay, Armier Bay, Ghajn Tuffieha etc are also relativelly within reach by bus from St Pauls Bay.
Parking & Bus Stops
A bus stop is located just opposite the building where you can purchase local bus travel cards to get around to other parts of the island from 30 mins to up to 1 hour depending on your destination. Renting a car is not necessary but useful if you wish to get around faster or at your leisure. Swimming - 1 minute walk. Restaurants 5 to 10 minutes walk, airport 20 minutes drive. Get to Gozo by car and passenger ferry - 20 mins.
