This is a beautiful holiday villa in a prime location and also has the benefit of a private driveway large enough to accommodate 6 cars. The property is situated in an excellent location for self catering holidays in Malta, just a couple of minutes walking distance to the sandy beach of St Georges bay, the bay street shopping complex, the Intercontinental hotel, the Hilton Malta, the entertainment district of Paceville as well as the beautiful bay of Spinola in St Julians. The area of st Julian's offers an extensive range of Restaurants, coffee shops, bars , Pizzerias, Casinos, and many other attractions for one to enjoy your free time. Easily accessible to public transport and cab companies in the area. An excellent place to stay during your holiday in Malta.

On arrival identification details of each guest must be given to host.
Strictly no Parties , events or any extra guest are allowed.
No loud music at all times nor any excessive shouting as this is a high residential area.
The villa is to be kept clean and tidy on check out. There will be an extra euro 100 for Severe untidiness. A deposit will be paid on check in and refunded on check out.
The property is secured with cctv cameras covering driveway and main door.
A disclaimer explaining the above rules has to be signed by all registered guests. If any rules are ignored or broken , the host reserves the right to terminate your stay immediately without any refund.
Pool is constantly in need of daily maintenance in summer so swimming is not allowed between the quiet hours. Chlorine is unhealthy and could cause body stains so to give guests a clear and clean pool Chlorine and acid is added during the late hours. This gives enough time to let the chemicals work well. By 8.00 a.m it is save and healthy. Body suntan lotions or cream must be showered off before entering the pool and no jumping or diving. If the quiet time and pool laws are not respected , the area will be closed till 8.

The Villa was bigger than I thought, which was nice. The place itself and also the pool area was very clean. Our host Noel was very helpful and kind, so there wasnt any communication problems. All in all, good villa for our stay in Malta!
