St Julians Holiday Villa-R240

On arrival identification details of each guest must be given to host.
Strictly no Parties , events or any extra guest are allowed.
No loud music at all times nor any excessive shouting as this is a high residential area.
The villa is to be kept clean and tidy on check out. There will be an extra euro 100 for Severe untidiness .
The property is secured with cctv cameras covering driveway and main door.
A disclaimer explaining the above rules has to be signed by all registered guests. If any rules are ignored or broken , the host reserves the right to terminate your stay immediately without any refund.
Pool is constantly in need of daily maintenance in summer so swimming is not allowed between the quiet hours. Chlorine is unhealthy and could cause body stains so to give guests a clear and clean pool Chlorine and acid is added during the late hours. This gives enough time to let the chemicals work well. By 8.00 a.m it is save and healthy. Body suntan lotions or cream must be showered off before entering the pool and no jumping or diving. If the quiet time and pool laws are not respected , the area will be closed till 8.-----------
