Village Neighborhood
Swieqi is a prime Suburb of St Julians, mostly a residential area with a good selection English Language schools, shopping outlets, Cafes, Restaurants and several other attractions in the vicinity. You can easily walk towards St Georges Bay , Pembroke, or St Julians city center from about 10 to 20 minutes walk. For the beach or watersports , just walk towards "il Bajja Ta San Gorg" - St Georges Beach. For Some nightlife , Paceville is about 15 minutes walk away. St Julians and Paceville offer a wide range of high class Restaurants and Takeaways offering most international cuisines from local maltese to Thai , Indian, Turkish , Italian or Japanese. A bus terminus or other bus stops are all within walking distance from the location of this apartment.
Parking & Bus Stops
Just round the corner from the apartment block, guests can find a grocery shop and a bottle shop which is perfect to find all that is needed for a self catering holiday. A few more steps will take you to the Bugibba promenade & St Paul's Bay City Centre. Cafes and bars, ice-cream shop, banks, pharmacies, a casino, jewellery shops, excursion offices and much more are all within walking distance! Bugibba forms part of the district of St Paul 's Bay, together with the cities of Qawra and Xemxjia. This is one of the most popular northern cities for tourists who want to stay in a strategic location to visit malta and enjoy a vacation of relax and fun. Closest beaches are Golden Bay and Riviera which are roughly 10 -15 minutes by bus, whilst Mellieha sandy beaches are some 20 minutes away. Day cruises to Gozo and Comino depart from the nearby jetty or if using a car, you may drive to Cirkewwa Ferry Terminal. Other areas for shopping and nightlife are St Julian's which is 20 minutes by bus and Sliema which will set you back 30 minutes . The cultural and historical centres of Malta are Valletta and Mdina, which are both worth a visit during your holiday in Malta. For those wishing to explore Malta further, we suggest a visit to the fish market of Marsaxlokk on Sunday where one may have lunch on the waterfront.
