Weekly Price of the property utilities is INCLUDED with the following limits: water 0.5 cubic meters per person p/week, electricity 100kWh per apartment p/week, 1 gas bottle per apartment p/week. These parameters are usually more than enough for the week stay. Any usage over and above the set limits are payable extra at a rate of €8.60 per cubic meter for Water and €0.42 per kWh of Electricity.

Village Neighborhood

Bugibba hosts a wide range of local and international restaurants , bars, cafes ,shops, and youll also find the likes of takeaways like McDonalds and pizza hut , Tourist attractions including diving and water sports centres are also abundant in this area. Ferries to hidden beachesaround the islands including Comino and Gozo leave from the Bugibba jetty regularly (just 300 meters away from the flat). The apartment is also close to some of the best sandy beaches in Mellieha Bay, Paradise Bay, Golden Bay, Gnejna Bay (15 minutes by bus). In winter long walks and picnics in the countryside and along the sea are a must. In summer one can enjoy the sun at the beach in many ways from the most relaxing to the most adventurous ways. In the evening a walk on the promenade or a local village feast is a must. The bus stop is located on the promenade down the road. From the nearby bus stop (on Bugibba promenade 150 mt away) you can board any bus to the main beaches, to Valletta, Mdina, Airport, Gozo and Comino ferry terminals, etc.
