Built in the early 1900s this property is situated on a corner by the old old college street bridge in Sliema which borders Ballutta. This street and also the property is full of character and charm. The owners of the property have made sure that the design stands out and that the house is comfortable and practical for travelers who want an idyllic escape in an urban surrounding. The property is situated in an excellent location and within a 50 meter walk you will come onto Balluta square, which is sandwiched between the popular villages of Siema & St. Julians, which are full of restaurants, spas, rocky beaches, waterpolo clubs & lidos, banks, pharmacies, shopping and everything else that you may need whilst on holiday in Malta. The property is full of little extra luxuries. The owners made sure that guests are pampered and fall in love with this property on arrival. Towels, linens, soaps and all the decorative objects have been chosen with care to ensure a five star experience. Highly Recommended.

Village Neighborhood

Ballutta is a little village in between Sliema and St Julians and plenty of swimming areas are in the vicinity of the area. Within a 5 minute walk from the property one comes across the Le Meridien hotel. This hotel offers a fantastic spa service, a pool, sauna, steam room, gym and many other activities. Public transport pass down on the main road in the square. There are also buses direct to the airport, gozo ferries etc. St. Julians and Sliema are central to most of the places of interest in Malta. Around the town one will find many grocery stores, supermarkets, restaurants etc.
