The property is situated literally just a minute away from the sandy beach of Ballutta and the promenade which stretches to Sliema and St Julians on either end. Excellent location and property for holiday rentals. A garage space is also provided on request.

This Apartment is located meters away from the beautiful sliema seaside promenade with bus stops, bars, restaurants, coffee shops and beaches within 1 minute walk. St.julians and paceville the hearth of malta's nightlife is about 15 minutes walk along promenade.
Parking & Bus Stops
Get around easily by bus , bus stop just across the road 2 min walk or by making use of some on demand taxi and scooter services . You can also walk along the seaside promenade towards other parts of sliema or toward st julians , balluta bay and spinola bay within 10 to 15 minutes walk.
Get to Valletta by bus in 15 to 20 minutes whislt you may also get to the norther side of malta to the likes of Mellieha and Godlen sands bays on about 30 to 45 minutes by bus or by car. The Airport is about 20 to 25 minutes away by taxi.
