This apartment which forms part of a private villa property is fully equipped for self catering holidays in Malta, located in the beautiful and exclusive area of Santa Maria Estate in Mellieha. Accommodation is recommended for 5 persons but a 6th person may be accommodated on a sofa bed on request if possible. The property enjoys two bedrooms, one with a double bed, and the other with three single beds. Both bedrooms have their own air conditioning facility. There is a kitchen with all standard utilities and utensils, which is adjacent to a spacious living area with sofas and TV. On exiting the apartment you have a lovely swimming pool located just to the right of the apartment across the pathway and surrounding garden that compliments the property. The swimming pool is large and has an enormous pool deck fully equipped with sun loungers, garden furniture, BBQ and even dining table for dining by the pool. The swimming pool has a splash pool section. The property has a homely appeal to it, its comfortable, furnished to modern standards and very enjoyable throughout. WIFI enabled.

Village Neighborhood
The property is located in Mellieha , Santa Maria Estate and Kordin area. This is just a short distance from the town center and further down you will find a large sandy beach. From here you can easily visit Gozo island for a day too. Nearby is a Supermarket for all amenities and general shopping during your short stay whilst on holiday. You will find an ATM machine in the Mellieha center. Mellieha is one of Malta's most picturesque tourist destinations. The town centre boasts of its splendid hotels, fine restaurants and traditional cute shops. It is home to a majestic baroque church (built in late 19th century). The area is an excellent place to stay for holidays in Malta. Since It is located in the north of Malta, one can easily go to Gozo or Comino for a day. Whilst towards the other side- southward, one can visit St Julians, Sliema for further nightlife and entertainment. Crossing over from Mellieha to Gozo is easy and would just require a 5 to 10 minute drive to the Gozo Channel car ferry terminal. From Mellieha to the other side of the island for example to St Julians would take approx 15 to 20 minutes drive. So the location is ideal to explore the islands of Malta whilst on holiday. The north of Malta is also ideal due to being relatively closer to larger sandy beaches, apart from its own beach in Melliehabay. Nearby beaches are Golden sands Beach, Ghajn tuffieha and Gnejna which are all beautiful beaches to spend a day at the beach. Most beaches also offer facilities such as public facilities, a bar or beach bar.
Parking & Bus Stops
The nearest bus stop and main bus interchange are located about 10 to 15 minutes walk away. At the apatment you will find information on the local bus service. If you decide to rent a car, you can use the free parking spaces just outside/ near the Villa . Hiring a car is not necessary but is highly recommended to get around with more freedom and travel around at a fatser pace, this especially for guests traveling with young children, or persons with limited mobility, since the property rental is at the bottom of a hill and about 15mins away from the nearest convenience shops . We offer airport transfers at a flat rate, should you be interested in using this service, please do not hesitate to ask us for more information.
We do our best to give our guests an enjoyable and memorable holiday, This is a place where you would love to return to over & over again. Smoking is not allowed in the apartments or at the pool area. Children are not to be left unattended at any time on the property, especially around the pool area or when they are actually in the pool. Supervision of young ones is a must. No littering on the property or around pool area. The apartments are to be kept tidy. Linen should be put in the laundry basket in the bathroom before check out. No garbage is to be left behind inside. This is a quite neighborhood, therefore everyone would appreciate that noise levels are kept to a minimum, especially in the evening & during the night. Use of Pool is not allowed after 10pm.
