Located in Santa Maria Estate, Mellieha. The villa apartment is very spacious, airy and furnished to comfortable standards and enjoys the use of a large shared swimming pool and deck for maximum enjoyment. All rooms are well furnished and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped , cutlery and cooking utensils. The villa-apartment unit consist of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a sitting room and a kitchen/dining area. This is a peaceful and a wonderful place for accommodation in Malta during your holidays.

Services Payable Seperately
Cooling fans are supplied in each bedroom free of charge. Additional fans can be supplied at a charge of EUR ------. One of the bedrooms is equipped with a Pay per Use Metered Air Conditioner (for both cooling and heating). Additional portable air conditioner can be provided for EUR 10/day. In winter a portable gas heater can be supplied for EUR 15 per gas cylinder used. A gas cylinder usually lasts around 7 days, depending on usage. An electric heater may be provided for EUR 5/day.
Village Neighborhood
Mellieha is one of the northernmost villages of main island Malta, which sits on top of a hill, overlooking the 'tail end' of Malta and Malta’s largest sandy beach Mellieha Bay. The village has a lovely character and picturesque scenes. The town centre boasts of its fine restaurants and traditional cute shops. Mellieha's main festive season occurs in the first two weeks of September and reaches its climax on the 8th September. During these days various cultural manifestations are held, such as musical concerts, fireworks, folk singing, art exhibitions and the traditional religious procession. The town's people, are renowned for their laborious nature, and their friendliness and hospitality. The village is a 5- to 10-minute drive away from Cirkewwa, where you can easily hop on the ferries to Gozo and Comino.
