3 bedroom apartment located on the 3rd floor of a neat small block of apartments in the residential area of Swieqi, St Julians. One bedroom has a double bed and the other two bedrooms have 2 single beds. This apartment is fully furnished, modern and comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary requirements for a self catering stay in Malta. The living area equipped with a sofa and coffee table leads on to a balcony that overlooks the residential street. A lift and common stairway is accessible to all floors.

Village Neighborhood
The apartment is located in a highly recommended residential area called swieqi, where you have all amenities within walking distance including a bus stop, food shops, mini market shops etc. whilst just a short 8 to 10 minute walk down the main road of Swieqi is the beach of st Georges bay, bay street shopping center, restaurants cafes, etc. Whislt further on is the area of Paceville and the center of st Julians bay which extends towards Spinola bay. From the apartment location in swieqi one can actually walk down to st Georges bay and then along side the whole seaside promenade all the way to sliema. Busses pass frequently along this promenade and getting to valletta is easy by bus. The area of St Georges Bay, St Julians Center and Paceville hosts some of the islands largest and most prestigious hotels like the intercontinental, Hilton , Meridien hotels. Paceville is a known local highlighted area for entertainment, restaurants, Casinos and more. Whether you want an active or easy going holiday, its really up to you as here you have it all within relatively easy walking distance and therefore highly recommended. The climate here is relatively mild on average throughout the year with some fantastic weather conditions from march all the way up to November. December January and February are the colder months however you may enjoy some excellent winter sun. Malta is well known for its historic attractions and one must make it a point not to miss visiting one or more historic sites to further appreciate this Mediterranean island
