A TOP PROPERTY ! This privately owned self catering bungalow style accommodation comprises of a double bedroom with ceiling fan en-suite bathroom and a separate twin room with ceiling fan. The 5th and 6th persons will be provided with a sofa bed/s. There is also an additional shower room and toilet, where you will find a washing machine. The open plan lounge/dining room and kitchen are comfortably furnished and the kitchen is complete with oven, hob, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The lounge offers cable TV and the whole living area can be air conditioned. The property has a large sun terrace, pool deck and pool and pretty covered dining area with a barbecue. This popular property is situated in an exclusive residential area which is relatively tranquil and peaceful, yet it is within walking distance of the beach in St Georges Bay, some shops, restaurants and more, including the largest casino on the island, the Dragonara Casino in St Julian's. This property is set in the grounds of the owner's property, however it is separated from the main property and has exclusive use of the pool. The location of the villa is most conveniently located close to the city centre, 4 mins walk to a sandy beach, mini market, banks, restaurants, bars, casinos, cinemas and many other attractions. St Julian's, Paceville and Sliema are one of Malta's premier upmarket holiday resorts. The area of st Julian's offers an extensive range of Restaurants, coffee shops, bars , Pizzerias, Casinos, and many other attractions for one to enjoy your free time. Easily accessible are public busses for cheaper transportation and a bus terminus or bus stop is available just outside Paceville.

A bus stop is just a few minutes walk from the bungalow, however we do recommend that you rent a car to enjoy the Maltese Islands and get to see as much as possible during your holiday.
