Set on 1700sqm of land, this private property enjoys an internal living space of approximately 230sqm, five bedrooms which are split on two floors. Accommodation is in the form of three double bedrooms, two with en-suite bathrooms and two twin bedrooms, a large fitted kitchen with dining area, separate spacious living area and two guest bathrooms. Large overflow pool (70sqm) with plenty of deck area to entertain complement the property. The property is completely surrounded by a mature garden and enjoys lovely valley and side sea views. All bedrooms have optional air conditioning so do the living and dining areas. The property has a spacious private drive way together with a one car garage making parking safe and hassle free. This private owned villa in Malta is conveniently located approximately 10 min walk from the main road were one finds all the shops such as supermarkets, restaurants, bars, bakeries, pharmacies, banks and bus stops. Only 5 min walk to the sea and 10 min walk to the sandy beach of Mellieha Bay. Each guest is provided with bath towels, face towels and face cloths. All bathrooms have their own supply of towels. PLEASE NOTE ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES FROM APRIL TO OCTOBER ARE ONLY ACCEPTED FROM SATURDAYS TO SATURDAYS.

Up to two baby cots and a high chair are provide free on charge on request. Guests are provided with a complimentary EUR 50 air conditioner card, consumption thereafter is charged by purchasing a prepaid card on site. Use of the Indoor Pool in winter is complimentary, however if the indoor pool is required for use between the 02.05 & the 25.09 a separate charge of EUR 250 per week will apply. Extra beds over and above the maximum sleeping capacity displayed are on request and at a charge of EUR 150 per bed/week.
Village Neighborhood
The area is part of the Santa Maria villa estate residential area of Mellieha Malta, Mellieha is one of Malta's most picturesque tourist destinations. The town centre boasts of its splendid hotels, fine restaurants and traditional cute shops. It is home to a majestic baroque church (built in late 19th century). The area is an excellent place to stay for holidays in Malta. Since It is located in the north of Malta, one can easily go to Gozo or Comino for a day. Whilst towards the other side- southward, one can visit St Julians, Sliema for further nightlife and entertainment. Crossing over from Mellieha to Gozo is easy and would just require a 5 to 10 minute drive to the Gozo Channel car ferry terminal. From Mellieha to the other side of the island for example to St Julians would take approx 15 to 20 minutes drive. So the location is ideal to explore the islands of Malta whilst on holiday. The north of Malta is also ideal due to being relatively closer to larger sandy beaches, apart from its own beach in Mellieha bay. Nearby beaches are Golden sands Beach, Ghajn tuffieha and Gnejna which are all beautiful beaches to spend a day at the beach. Most beaches also offer facilities such as public facilities, a bar or beach bar.
Parking & Bus Stops
Getting around from Santa Maria Estate to the Mellieha Center is easy by walk or by car. Its a short walk up the road for some shops and amenities ner the town center. Having a car is a plus but not necessary for some . On demand Taxis and Bus stops are also within walking distance
