A lovely Holiday Villa in Mellieha forming part of an 8 bedroom villa, which may be rented with 5 bedrooms all on one floor and pool sharing with only 1 more apartment facilities 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 balconies overlooking the pool area leading out from the bedrooms. On each side of the building a big terrace supplements a lounge sofa and dining table and chairs. The pool is shared with another 3 bedroom apartment which is on ground level with its own driveway. All outdoor facilities are shared including the BBQ, games room, outdoor pool and ann indoor pool. All bedrooms are air conditioned and the use is optional using a pre paid card meter. A big garden surrounds the villa and all kitchens are fully equipped for self catering holidays and furnished to a high standard. The bedrooms all have a hair dryer and bed linen, bathroom and beach towels are provided to guests. Free unlimited WiFI is available all over the villa as well on the pool deck. A heated indoor pool is available up to end of March at an extra fee The property is located in Malta's most exclusive villa estate and within a 5 minute drive to all shops, bars, restaurants and the beautiful sandy beach of Mellieha Bay. April to end of October arrivals and departures ONLY on Saturdays. Winter months flexible arrivals and departures.
