Located right on the seafront beach, this modern holiday villa offers a high standard of accommodation facilities suitable for those who want to spend their vacation in a private, independent, self-catering villa, whilst at the same time close to the many local restaurants, bars, beaches, supermarkets, groceries shops and convenience shops among others. The villa consists of six bedrooms, four bathrooms, a large modern kitchen with dining area overlooking the amazing pool area and a huge basement living area including a pool table and even a mini bar area. The outside pool area has a large swimming pool overlooking the sea together with a dining area ideal for those special nights with your family or friends. Free Wi-Fi in all rooms while air conditioning is available at an extra cost. Neighbouring towns are Marsaxlokk, Zabbar and Zejtun.

Village Neighborhood
The area is a residential area situated by the sea yet close to all amenities within a short distance. There are several places to swim , enjoying a good choice or restaurants cafes or bars in the vicinity within a short walk or drive if you prefer by walking alongside the seaside promenade all the way to the center. The Town of Marsascala, which is still renowned as fishing village and its excellent fish restaurants. The Maltese refer to Marsascala as "Wied Il-Ghajn". In the summer months, Marsascala is full of activity, with the various bars, local restaurants and some clubs. Gettiing around in Malta is easy and anywhere is accessible and the maximum is from under an hours drive from north to south. There are several places of interest or enjoyment when exploring the maltese islands. The long U-shaped coastline and beach, its rocky promontories and its multicoloured fishing vessels give the town a typical Maltese character.
