We appreciate you paying attention to the following:

Please advise us of the names and ages of all accompanying guests . Unauthorized persons outside of this reservation will not be allowed to stay without our consent or as accepted as a modification in the reservation as booked. Extra persons joining or wanting to stay must be requested in advance and will be subject to extra charges. Organised events such as private parties, other invitations or gatherings are not allowed unless authorised.

For your enjoyment and appreciation of the property during your stay please do ensure to keep the place in good neat order with an emphasis on cleanliness. Whilst on site or closer to your check out date please remove your own excess refuse items , secure the bags and place in the designated area for collection and observe collection types and times on display at the property. If in doubt please ask the property manager on site

Check in is usually after 1400 - 1500 and if cleaning is in progress you may need to wait for it to be finished. for some instances or for those who arrive earlier you may wait by the pool area

During Your Stay:

We would like you to enjoy a relaxing and enjoyable stay , please do note that enjoyment has its limits and any Incorrect behavior / disturbance to property/ disturbing the neighborhood will not be tolerated. If you cause any minor damage kindly report it immediately to the property manager

Check out is at 10 am . Please ensure to prepare your belongings the night before to enable smooth timing for checkout and make way for villa staff who may need access from 0900Am to start preparation for any changeover of upcoming guests. Your co operation is appreciated

SAFETY : Please pay full attention to Safety whilst cooking !, please do not leave cooker or hob running unattended. This applies to all electronic appliances -for energy saving , safety and energy consumption control kindly ensure you turn off any running air condition units before you exit the apartment.

POOL AREA - The pool is equipped with the latest known technology available. Please enjoy with safety in mind . Do not leave children unattended by the pool. Do not put any kind of soap or other unauthorised liquids apart from water on the pool slide. Do not leave food or drinks in the pool area.

AIR CONDITIONING : If you use the Air conditioners , kindly turn off all air condition units before exiting the apartment. An Ideal temperature setting is about 23 or 24 degrees - Do not leave unattended appliances working when nobody is in the apartment building

Remote Controls : Kindly place Air conditioner or TV controls in their respective holder where you found it on check in. Do not leave controls lying around

Bedrooms - we recommend you avoid eating or drinking in the bedrooms - Please use the kitchen dining area. Do not move beds around without permission

Washing Machine and Driers – These machines are usually for authorised staff only During Short stays of 3 to 7 nights , Please do not use these appliances without Ray's permission or the property managers permission on site.

Electricity consumption is on a pay per use basis at a rate of fifty cents per kilowatt unit consumed and serves not to leave air conditioning and lighting around the villa running unnecessarily when you are out. We recommend you turn off appliances and air conditioning units before you vacate the property and that you save energy whenever possible. A meter reading will be taken on check in and prior to check out
