Listing Detail

This holiday villa rental has its own private pool measuring 30 feet by 15 feet and a separate children's pool in the private garden and the pool deck commands some lovely country and sea views. The villa is fully furnished to high standard & offers a large family the opportunity of holidaying in Malta together whilst affording a large degree of privacy. There are four air conditioned bedrooms situated on the main floor of the villa, two with double beds, one with two single beds and another with two single beds and one bunk bed, 3 bathrooms and a kitchen, living and dining room leading out to the terrace that surrounds the Villa. On the ground/semi basement floor of the Villa one will find another two bedrooms with a standard/basic finish with two single beds in each room. Note that the ground floor rooms are only available between April and October, which means that villa is only possible to sleep a maximum of 10 persons for the remaining months of the year. The villa is surrounded by a terrace leading to the pool area which is equipped with sun loungers, BBQ and outdoor dining. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

Guests booking the Villa make use of the whole property including the private pool. The Villa has it's own adult and children's pool set in a private garden.

The air conditioning/heating are operated by pre-paid cards but we will give you 100 units free credit per week. Airport transfers, car hire and personal day tours can be booked at very competitive prices. A food pack can also be arranged on request.

Village Neighborhood

Mellieha is one of Malta's most picturesque tourist destinations. The older town center hosts some fine hotels, boutique restaurants and traditional local shops. Theres lots to see and do in mellieha from enjoying its sandy beaches and other exotic places to swim, to wining and dining by the sea, watersports, boat trips and much more. You will notice a majestic baroque church (built in late 19th century) and various cultural organizations, including band clubs, sports clubs, an orchestra, various religious societies, a parish community centre and an environmental pressure group. Further north from St Paul's Bay lies the town of Mellieha, which sits on top of a hill, overlooking the 'tail end' of Malta. An attractive hilltop village with a central street winding downhill. It is also surrounded by fertile valleys and most spots provide good panoramas of the countryside, the Bay (which has the longest beach in Malta) and northwards towards Comino and Gozo Recent developments, together with one of the best villa estates in Malta, have made the town popular with Maltese and visitors alike. One can also find some good restaurants, accommodation in hotels and holiday apartments, villas and bungalows.

Parking & Bus Stops

Get around by walk or by bus. Having a car is a plus but not entirely necessary - it all depends on how much convenience you require moving around whilst on holiday in Malta. There are lots of free parking bays just outside the Villa. From the villa location a short walk up the road to the main street or town center , you will find all you need from amenities , convenience stores, cafe, Pizzeria, Restaurant or Bank ATM accepting major international cards. Located in Santa Maria Estate, Mellieha. Malta's northern sandy beaches are only a 10 minute drive away from the property. Ghadira Bay is only a 20 minute walk along coastal paths and there is also small rocky beach just 10 minutes away.
