A beautiful 2-bedroom penthouse located in St Paul's Bay with a lovely terrace enjoying open views, where one could watch the local fishermen coming in with their traditional Maltese luzzu boats. Located on the seafront of the popular seaside village of St Paul's bay. The apartment is located on the 5th-floor and is fully furnished and fully air-conditioned. Enjoying 2 bedrooms, an en-suite shower and a spacious kitchen/living/dining room leading to a seafront terrace overlooking the bay. At the main entrance of the apartment block, there are 2 small steps leading up to the elevator inside which will take you to all floors. Close by, there are two reserved swimming zones and public transport access to all the major sandy beaches in Malta. A short walk from the apartment will take you the beautiful countryside which is great for walks and picnics. The promenade of St Paul's Bay runs right outside the apartment so you can take a nice relaxing walk and perhaps stop for a tasty ice-cream on the waterfront. The nearby jetty allows you to take ferries or day cruises to the other smaller islands of the Maltese archipelago. Free-on-street parking is available. A great holiday apartment.

Weekly Price of the property utilities is INCLUDED with the following limits: water 0.5 cubic meters per person p/week, electricity 150kWh per apartment p/week, 1 gas bottle per apartment p/week. These parameters are usually more than enough for the week stay. Any usage over and above the set limits are payable extra at a rate of €8.60 per cubic meter for Water and €0.42 per kWh of Electricity.
Village Neighborhood
Buggibba and Qawra are one of Malta's largest, seaside resort towns. The coastline stretches from Salina Bay to St Paul's Bay taking in some of the Islands' best open sea views with most locations having a view of St Paul's Island - which is the Island where St Paul was shipwrecked. The rocks on the shoreline provide numerous places for sun bathing and swimming, and are usually very busy during the summer months. Numerous Bars, Restaurants, Casino, Shops, Beach Clubs and other entertainment venues may be found in these two buzzing sea side villages.
