Santa Maria Estate on located on the norther coast of Malta, Mellieha. This Holiday villa enjoys four bedrooms and five bathrooms accommodating a maximum of 8 persons with the possibility of arranging an extra bed or two if needed (This is only made available on special requests prior to booking). Furnishing is a blend of rustic and new furniture. The kitchen is combined with the living room and is fully equipped with all kitchen utensils, electric cooker, oven refrigerator, kettle, toaster, blender, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher. Living room is equipped with a 28inch TV, a DVD, reception and cable TV service. Broadband wireless Internet access is also available in most areas of the house The living, dining room and kitchen area lead directly on to the spacious pool terrace with a lovely rectangular swimming pool measuring 30 feet by 16 feet and wonderful panoramic views from the pool deck. The pool deck is equipped with an umbrella, deck chairs, seating by the pool and a rustic bamboo shady terrace for enjoying the shade when the sun is too hot. All amenities are no more than 10 minutes away, so you can do your shopping from the village center, where you will find banks, mini markets, petrol stations, shops, restaurants and stores.

Use of air conditioning is optional and is charged on a pay per use basis using a card meter system. Guests may purchase one or more €20 card/s on site direct from host/caretaker.

Village Neighborhood

The Bungalow style Villa is located on Santa Maria Estate area of Mellieha. Mellieha is an old hilltop town where you will enjoy true local and mediterranean lifetyle especially in the local festa days. Festa week in Mellieha is usually from September 1 - 8, the Mellieha Parish Square is full of activities organised by local band clubs and organised around the Paris Church celebrations. In Mellieha you will find all you need from high class hotels to cafes and restaurants. The older part of town is the surrounding area around the church. Santa Maria estate is a prime residential area mostly built up with beautiful villas, bungalows and apartments that mostly enjoy some spectacular views especially down towards the beach. Mellieha beach has a large sandy beach with some restaurants both local and foreign offering a varied seaside cuisine or Mediterranean food

Parking & Bus Stops

Having a car is a plus for shopping time or for getting to certain areas around the islands, however the bus service in Malta is also an alternatve option.
From Mellieha Santa Maria estate to Valletta by car is approx 30 minutes
From Mellieha Santa Maria estate to Airport by car is approx 40 minutes
From the Villa to Mellieha Bay beach 10 mins by car or 30 minutes by walk
