Brand new spacious apartment, located in the charming sought-after village of Mellieha. This fully air-conditioned 2 bedroom apartment includes 1 bathroom with shower, a spacious combined Kitchen / Living / Dining. Complementing this property one can find 2 balconies that are furnished with garden furniture.
One bedroom has a double bed, one bedroom two single beds and a living room with a sofa bed. Up to 6 people.
This apartment is located in a lovely and quite neighbourhood, close to shops including the biggest supermarket in town, restaurants, banks, bus stops and Malta’s sandy beaches.
Apartment specifications:
The balconies are about 3 sqm each and the internal area is about ----------- sqm. We have four Comfort Apartments of this typology and they are located on the first and second floor with lift.
Facilities:
– Air conditioning in each room.
– Fast unlimited WiFi internet in all the rooms and IPTV with hundreds of Channels in different languages. Both are free of charge;
– Well equipped kitchen including electric oven, microwave, toaster, percolator, 4 hobs, fridge, freezer, pots, pans, etc;
– Hairdryer, iron, ironing board, and washing machine;
- Towels and bed sheets are provided.
Services Payable Seperately
Utilities are included in the rental price with the following consumption limits: Water 0.5 cubic meters per person per week, Electricity 150kwh per week, 1 gas bottle per week. These parameters are usually more than enough for a 1 week stay. Any consumption over and above the set limits are payable extra at a rate of €8.60 per cubic meter for water and €0.42 per kwh of electricity.
Village Neighborhood
The town centre of Mellieha boasts of its splendid hotels, fine restaurants and traditional cute shops. It is home to a majestic baroque church (built in late 19th century). The area is an excellent place to stay for holidays in Malta. Since It is located in the north of Malta, one can easily go to Gozo or Comino for a day. Whilst towards the other side- southward, one can visit St Julians, Sliema for further nightlife and entertainment. Crossing over from Mellieha to Gozo is easy and would just require a 5 to 10 minute drive to the Gozo Channel car ferry terminal. From Mellieha to the other side of the island for example to St Julians would take approx 15 to 20 minutes drive. So the location is ideal to explore the islands of Malta whilst on holiday.
