2 bedroom apartment forming part of a Villa estate in St Maria Estate, Mellieha. This two bedroom apartment shares the common area and pool deck with 2 other apartments. The pool is enormous and also has a children's paddle pool. The bedrooms have 2 single beds also arranged as double and the other has 3 single beds. The apartments are situated on the same level of the large pool, sun-bathing area and bar-b-q area. Complementing the bedrooms each apartment has a kitchen, living and dining area that lead directly on to the pool deck.The Kitchen is equipped for self catering and has a gas/hob/oven. Fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron/ironing board and safe deposit box, fans and all the necessary utensils. Dining and Living area are combined. Dining table seats 4/5 persons. The Living Area has a sofa, two armchairs and coffee table. Bathroom with Bath, Shower Cubical, Basin and WC. Digital TV Channels and Wifi Internet. Washing Machine is shared with the other apartments. The Pool has a large stone BBQ grill, sun beds and an external dining table. The property is being offered on a 1st come 1st serve basis to book kindly follow instructions or contact us . Bookings in advance are required to secure your stay.

Private or Shared Spaces

Guests booking/ renting the apartment will have use of the whole apartment facilities as well as the pool area. The pool is shared when you rent this unit with two other apartments if occupied.

The villa estate is located in Santa Maria estate mellieha where you will find it to be pleasant and tranquil all year round. The area mostly hosts privately owned Villas with their own respective land. Further up towards the main street of Mellieha and the town center you will find all amenities including convenience stores / banks/ atm , cafes , restaurants and more. The beach is about 8 minutes away depending on which route you take for the shortest time. A bus stop is about 8 minutes walk from the property location

" We Stayed here for a 2 week holiday with the whole family and it was a memorable stay! Hosts were fantastic and could not do anything else to make it a better stay. It's a 10/15 minute gradual gradient to shops, restaurants and bus stops but a good work out to burn off the fantastic food on offer in the resort. The nearest beach is a short hop on the bus. Whilst we were here we went to the Marine Park (40 minute bus journey), which also has a water park right next door to it.
Overall its was a fantastic holiday and if I were to book a holiday in Malta again I would not hesitate to booking this place again. Highly would recommend to anyone."

Wonderful! My fiancé described it as paradise. Everything you could need in the apartment and by the lovely pool. A quiet neighbourhood with a pleasant 5ish minute walk to the local shops or a bit longer down to the beach. Melita and her husband were very welcoming and we’d come back without a second thought!
