Enjoy a large, 400 square meter pool area with spectacular landscaping ,Palms, country and sea views at prime this Gozo holiday villa . The 14 x 7m swimming pool and Jacuzzi overlook the beautiful valley, and the clear blue sea of the bay. The swimming pool and deck area are surrounded by magnificent gardens with olive trees. The Villa is surrounded by 5 acres of greenery, where guests can roam around to enjoy the views and the sounds of nature. On the inside, this Villa consists of six bedrooms all en-suite and on ground floor level. The bedrooms comprise of 2 master bedrooms and 4 twin bedrooms. A small gym is also present, with a spare bathroom. The fully equipped open plan kitchen, dining and living room face the pool area, which is equipped with an outdoor kitchen, including burners, barbecue and a refrigerator. The Villa is fully air-conditioned.

Private or Shared Spaces

Guests booking this property make use of the whole property. The house is accessed via a dead end private road. For those with a car please park just outside the property. This home is an ideal getaway holiday home for all looking for a special place to stay

Services Payable Seperately

A welcome pack (containing milk, mineral water, orange juice, bread, butter, cheese, sugar, tea and coffee) is included for free upon arrival for bookings of 1 week and over.
Pets are allowed on request: pet charge is €20 for 1 pet, €30 for 2.
A free weekly maid service is offered for bookings of more than seven 7 nights; extra maid services are charged at the rate of €10 an hour.
As the company strives to be eco-friendly, a euro coin meter is present. On average, 10-15 free units are given each day during the Summer months and 30-35 units during the winter months. Should tenants exceed this energy limit, a cost of EUR ------ cents per unit will be charged. Heating is done through the A/C. Air-conditioning is available in the bedrooms and the living area.

Village Neighborhood

This is a quiet and pecefull area where you can enjoy the natural surroundings, weather and charm of this beautfull island. The location is between Marsalforn and Xaghra.The house is accessible down a dead end road and mostly surrounded by country side. All amenities are nearby and are just a short 5 to 10 minute drive to the village for banks, shopping, or restaurants. A small supermarket is nearby once you go back up the road from the house . You can go down to Marsalforn bay for a good selection of seaside resort restaurants and cafes, Rabat and the citadel or other parts of Gozo. Getting around Gozo with a car is always just a short drive away and there's lots to discover here

Parking & Bus Stops

Having a car is recommended especially for getting around with ease when you want to but not entirely necessary. There is a bust stop a few metres away from the property with links to Marsalforn, teh centre of Xaghra, Ramla Bay. The Mgarr Ferry Terminal and Victoria. A small supermarket is nearby for all your daily needs. A large Lidl food store is situated just outside Victoria which is on your way to the villa/farmhouse.
