Offering short or long stays , this two bedroom farmhouse in Xaghra, Gozo is available for short lets and consists of a fully equipped kitchen/dining and living area, a double bedroom with a terrace overlooking the valley and a twin bedroom. Additional beds may be made available at an extra charge depending on the number of beds required, however he property is best suited for 4 persons. All bedrooms enjoy an ensuite bathroom. The property also enjoys a good sized swimming pool and deck area with a stone BBQ area enjoying open valley views. An underground garage is also available for use by guests. Pool dimensions 5.6meters x 3.8meters. Free Parking - available outside property

All guests who reserve or book this house for a short let or long stay will make use of the whole house including the swimming pool.
Services Payable Seperately
Pets allowed: pet charge is €20 for 1 pet, €30 for 2. An EU coin operated meter is installed at the house . On average, and depending on the farmhouse size, 10-15 free units are given each day during the Summer months and 30-35 units during the Winter months. If Guests exceed this energy limit, a cost of .30c per unit will be incurred. Environmentally cautious usage does not exceed the free units.
Village Neighborhood
The area is a very quite and peaceful area yet you are never far away from some action by going down to areas Like Marsalforn or Xlendi. Whilst there is also Gozo's most spectacular beach at Ramla. Gozo has a lot of places to discover and its really up to you how you wish to experience its secrets whilst on holiday. Its all part of the fun and anyone visiting Gozo for a short stay holiday or vacation usually falls in love with this beautiful island.
Parking & Bus Stops
5 minutes drive away from: The Village center and square of Xaghra is where where you can find supermarkets, fruit and vegetable shops, butchers, coffee shops, restaurants and bars. You may also find a large Lidl store just past Victoria Center. Marsalforn, is very close and a popular travel resort where you will enjoy a beautiful seaside bay , beach surrounded by several cafes, restaurants and local bars. The nearest restaurant to the house is only 5 minutes away by walk.
Ramla beach with its Red Sand, is the largest sandy beach on the island and is located only 10 minutes drive away from the house.
No Smoking allowed inside. No parties are to be held in the house and the maximum number of persons booked is not to be exceeded unless this is approved by means of a confirmation. Loud music is not allowed , the area is know to be peaceful and wed like to keep it that way . Damages to property and contents are the sole liability of the lead guest booking or letting the house whether for a short stay or long let. Two small dogs permitted. Please clean up after them. We ask that you do not allow your pets on the beds. Please don't leave your pets unattended Upon arrival, a deposit against damages may be requested.
