This holiday home away from home is a country farmhouse consisting of a fully equipped kitchen and living area, 4 Bedrooms with AC and an en-suite bathroom in each bedroom. The Pool measures 7.5m x 4m and deck area is spacious where guests can enjoy lovely open sea and country views. This 4 bedroom Farmhouse can accommodate from 2 to 9 persons, however additional beds can be arranged at an extra charge. Bedroom layout:- 1 double bedroom is on the ground floor with en suite with shower room, 1 double bedroom is on first floor - with en-suite bathroom with shower , 1 Bedroom with twin (single beds) is on first floor - with en-suite bathroom with shower , 1 Bedroom with triple -( single beds) is on first floor - with en-suite bathroom with shower.
Private or Shared Spaces
Guests booking or wanting to rent this country house for a short stay or long let will have access to the whole farmhouse once confirmed for number of persons as booked.
Services Payable Seperately
A welcome pack (containing milk, mineral water, orange juice, bread, butter, cheese, sugar, tea and coffee) is included for free upon arrival for bookings of 1 week and over.
Pets are allowed on request: pet charge is €20 for 1 pet, €30 for 2.
A free weekly maid service is offered for bookings of more than seven 7 nights; extra maid services are charged at the rate of €10 an hour.
As the company strives to be eco-friendly, a euro coin meter is present. On average, 10-15 free units are given each day during the Summer months and 30-35 units during the winter months. Should tenants exceed this energy limit, a cost of EUR ------ cents per unit will be charged. Heating is done through the A/C. Air-conditioning is available in the bedrooms and the living area.
Village Neighborhood
The neighborhood is a quiet area set in the countryside where there are only 4 houses accessed via a private road . Set between Marsalforn and the village of Xaghra , you can easily go to eat out or enjoy time out for a meal at some of the seaside restaurants in the area. There is also a large sandy beach nearby called Ramla Bay where you can spend time at the beach and eat . Gozo has a lot to offer and the overall pace of life is relaxed and the experience is very mediterranean. When the weather is beatifull the whole place becomes magnificent. Recommended times of the year are between April and October but you may also get some fine weather even during months of November December or January to March.
Parking & Bus Stops
Get around by walk or by car - having a car is a plus for any quick shopping or going down to town at a faster pace . A small supermarket is in the vicinity and can also be reached by walk. You may also use local Gozo buses and there is a bus stop nearby. but are not always as frequent as you may want. If you need transport on location we can also arrange to send you a driver on demand.
Whilst on Gozo you can also travel back to malta for a day to visit Mellieha which is is a wonderful hilltop village , having a famous back drop from the Church which is visible from most parts of the village down towards the lovely beach of Mellieha bay, know by the locals as Il bajja tal ghadira, which is a large sandy beach with restaurants cafes and hotels on the beach front. Mellieha is also known for having the largest cluster of beautiful villa estates on the Maltese islands. Mellieha is close to Xemxija, st Pauls bay from one side and the northern most point of Malta where you can take a trip to Gozo by car or passenger ferry or to the blue lagoon of Comino Island for the day.

We ask that you do not allow your pets on any of the beds, in the pool or left unattended. Two small dogs are permitted.
