Please note that in the weekly price of the property utilities are included as per below: 0. 5 cubic meters of water per person per week 150 KWh per apartment per week 1 gas bottle per apartment per week These consumptions for water, gas, and electricity should be more than sufficient for normal use for a week. If the above mentioned parameters are exceeded, the following rates will apply for the extra consumptions: 0. 42c per KWh for electricity and 8. 60 per cubic meter for water. The water and electricity meters are taken note of at the beginning and end of the stay. For any Long monthly Stays guests pay what is consumed. The usual average consumption estimation is about euro 60/80 per month. Broadband /high speed Wifi internet and TV are free of charge.

Village Neighborhood

Bugibba is a popular and well liked holiday resort of Malta. You will find a high number of local restaurants ,cafes and places of live entertainment as well as activities and attractions like Scuba diving , boat trips or National Aqwuarium around Bugibba and Qawra St Pauls Bay areas. There are also boat trips with ferries going to hidden beaches and tours around the islands like Comino , blue lagoon as well as to Gozo. Some of these ferries leave leave from the Bugibba jetty (just 300 meters away from the flat). The apartment is also close to the best sandy beaches like Mellieha Bay, Paradise Bay, Golden Bay, Gnejna Bay (15 minutes by bus). In winter long walks and picnics in the countryside and along the sea are a must. In the summer months between april and October one can enjoy the sun at the beach in many ways from the most relaxing to the most adventurous ways. In the evening a walk on the promenade or a local village feast is a must.

Parking & Bus Stops

The bus stop is conveniently located nearby just a few meters away from the apartment. From the nearby bus stop (on Bugibba promenade 150 mt away) you can board any bus to the main beaches, to Valletta, Mdina, Airport, Gozo and Comino ferry terminals, etc. Buses run frequently to all the tourist attractions, towns or villages around Malta. Shops, restaurants, local bars, discos, nightclubs, ice cream parlors, rocky beaches are all within walking distance from the apartment. For the big Sandy beaches, these just one bus away (10 to 20 minutes). For other local boat trips you can pick up are located at the Sliema ferries terminal which depart frequently for a day cruise along the Maltese coast where you can discover other secluded beaches, caves and the likes of the Blue Lagoon at comino.
