A 4 bedroom holiday villa/bungalow, located in Sannat, within a few minutes drive to Mgarr Ix Xini bay. The property has been refurbished and equipped to a very high standard, including air conditioning throughout, enjoying an open plan living area leading onto a charming sun lounge area with private pool. The kitchen is fitted with all the appliances necessary for a comfortable self catering holiday in Gozo and the living room has a wood burning stove making the property an ideal choice in during the cooler months of the year. Cable TV with over 85 TV and radio channels, is available as standard as well as Internet WiFi. The property also enjoys its own driveway for easy parking at the property. Guests may also make use of a gymn and spa at a nearby 5 star hotel at a nominal fee. This is a highly recommended place to stay and booking early for the summer months is suggested in order to secure availability.
Services Payable Seperately
Air Conditioners are operated by individually controlled coin meters. All guests arriving between 3pm & 9pm should get in touch with the caretaker when on the ferry. Guests arriving after 9pm will have a 4 digit code to access the property key together with directions. If assistance is required to check in after 9pm a fee of EUR 50 will be imposed and is payable direct to the caretaker on site.
Village Neighborhood
This is a property with a difference, located in the laid back village of Sannat, close to restaurants and local bars, this property enjoys every amenity one could wish for. It sits right on the edge of the largest open nature reserve on the island, which is renowned for its walks along the spectacular south facing cliffs and views of the archipelago across the Gozo channel. Unnoticed but close by, is one of the island’s 5 star hotels, with an excellent spa and other facilities available to non hotel residents.
