A lovely 3 bedroom farmhouse style property which was recently renovated to provide holiday home rentals in Xaghra, Gozo, enjoying 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a good sized and equipped kitchen for self catering accommodation, a living room, dining area and a great outdoor space which enjoys beautiful views of the Gozitan landscape. The swimming pool and sun deck is equipped with sun loungers and a BBQ for some outside dining by the pool. The swimming pool measures 7m x 3.5m. Bedrooms configuration : 1 triple bedroom with bathroom en suite on the ground floor, 2 other main bedrooms with bathroom en suite on the 1st floor, additional Spare shower room.
Private or Shared Spaces
Guests booking the house will make use of the whole property including the pool area.
Services Payable Seperately
A welcome pack (usually containing milk, mineral water, orange juice, bread, butter, cheese, sugar, tea and coffee) is included for free upon arrival when booking 1 week or more. Air conditioning is coin operated. In summer, we provide 10-15 units free and thereafter you may use coin top ups of EUR 2 which provides approximately 8 more units, whilt in winter we provide 30-35 units free. Pets are allowed: a pet charge is €20 for 1 pet, €30 for 2 and can be paid on check in. Extra maid services are available and charged on a per hour basis.
Village Neighborhood
The neighborhood is relaxed and peacefull. The houses is ideally located in the vicinity of Marsalforn were you will find several International and Mediterranean Restaurants , cafes, scuba dive centers and much more. Here you can enjoy some wonderful country walks. All amenities are nearby in the center of the village or down at Marsalforn. There are also some very pretty attractions close by such as the beautiful red sandy beach of Ramla Bay, and Calypso's cave where you can enjoy some spectacular scenery, great country walks and enjoyment of the beach itself. Renting a car is a definite plus and recommended to get around our beautiful island easily.
Parking & Bus Stops
The nearest center is iether at Marsalforn or in Xaghra center which are both a short 5 minutes drive away. The house is near to a Small supermarket for your shopping. You can find supermarkets, fruit and vegetable shops, butchers, coffee shops, restaurants and bars. The house rental is also near to Gozo's larest sandy beach - Ramla il Hamra (Red Sand Beach) - Approximately 5 minutes by car.
No parties , No loud music
We ask that you do not allow your pets on the beds, in the pool or left unattended.
A maximum of two small dogs permitted.

The house had amazing views of the valley and hillside beyond. It was an easy ( and scenic) drive down into Marsalforn, where seafront restaurants are plentiful and the fresh fish is gorgeous. Xaghra centre, closer but in the opposite direction, has a quaint square and a cafe with cake galore. The accommodation was very peaceful, clean and nicely equipped, including kettle and teapot. Ramla beach is also nearby. Lovely sand and in late September was reasonably quiet. Thoroughly recommend.
