A lovely farmhouse in Nadur, Gozo which has been tastefully renovated into a stunning holiday villa. The living are and kitchen overlook a large pool measuring 8 by 5 metres, a deck area, with stone BBQ and outside furniture and mature gardens. Upon entrance to the property there is a hall leading to the living area and the kitchen, with both rooms overlooking the beautiful large pool and the garden. The 5 bedrooms are spread around the farmhouse, with the first located on the ground floor level and having an ensuite bathroom whilst the rest of the bedrooms are located on the first floor with two ensuite bathrooms and one separate bathroom. The property also enjoys a pellet stove in the living area and central heating all throughout, making it also an ideal property for a winter escape to Gozo. The popular sandy beach of Ramla bay is just a few minutes drive from the property.
Services Payable Seperately
Air Conditioners are operated by individually controlled coin meters. All guests arriving between 3pm & 9pm should call the caretaker when on the ferry. Guests arriving after 9pm will have a 4 digit code to access the property key together with directions. If assistance is required to check in after 9pm a fee of EUR 50 will be imposed and is payable direct to the caretaker on site.
Village Neighborhood
Nadur the village of the rising sun, is the most populated district of Gozo. Nadur is situated in the south east hill of Gozo, and has a population of around 4,000 people which makes Nadur one of the largest localities in Gozo. The feast of Nadur known locally as mnarja (pronounced Imnaria) is celebrated on the 29th of June. The feast was historically very popular with honeymooners and it's name seems to suggest that there is a possible connection with the beginning of summer.
