This charming villa is located down a little lane on the outskirts of the peaceful hamlet of Santa Lucija with the three surrounding hils of Ghar ilma, Il Mixta and St Lucija, each with its own natural spring. The views looking out over the countryside towards the capital victoria are simply stunning, with the Citadel visible in all its glory. The citadel is only a short distance away and is a must to visit, to see the 360 views out over the entire island. The property is accessed through its own double wrought iron gates that lead onto a drive that winds down to the front of the property, past the lovely raised pool area. Steps up from the hall lead into a very large living room and dining area with the kitchen leading off it. It has a lovely stone fireplace with wood burning stove and a piano! a fabulous room for entertaining or relaxing. Off the entrance hall are a twin and a double bedroom, each with its own shower/bathroom. a large terrace wraps around the side of the house, past the double bedroom, and continues on around to the living room and kitchen areas. A fantastic property to enjoy your holiday in Gozo.

Santa lucija is a suburb of the village of Kercem and is located between three hils, each having a natural water spring, making its surroundings one of the most fertile areas of Gozo. Santa Lucija is most probably the oldest inhabited settlement in the Maltese islands, with the first settlements dating back to around 5000 B.C. If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful locality, then Sant Lucija should be one of your first choices.
