Weekly Price of the property utilities is INCLUDED with the following limits: water 0.5 cubic meters per person p/week, electricity 150kWh per apartment p/week, 1 gas bottle per apartment p/week. These parameters are usually more than enough for the week stay. Any usage over and above the set limits are payable extra at a rate of €8.60 per cubic meter for Water and €0.42 per kWh of Electricity.

Village Neighborhood

St Pauls Bay consists of 3 main areas , the old part of st Pauls bay , and the newer more developed commercial areas of Bugibba and Qawra. The apartment is in an excellent residential location whilst easy to venture towards Bugibba and Qawra areas by walk. All Shopping amenities such as pharmacies, banks, convenience stores, restaurants by the sea and wine bars are all within walking distance from the apartment rental. You may go for a swim just accross the road , or venture towards some of the best local sandy beaches in Golden Sands, Mellieha Bay, Paradise Bay, Gnejna Bay, Armier Bay, Ghajn Tuffieha etc are also relativelly within reach by bus from St Pauls Bay. A bus stop is within the same street for your conveninece where you can by travel cards locally to get around to other parts of the island from 30 mins to up to 1 hour depending on your destination For those wanting to rent a car , you may use the free parking bays "marked in white" near the apartment. Boat Trips are Just across from a nearby point of departure / Jetty where you can take some local ferry services or day cruises that offer trips around the maltese islands. The apartment is also close to 'Cirkewwa', from where a car ferry ( Gozo Channel ) goes to and from Gozo apprximatelly every hour to half hour depending on schedules. Gozo ,Comino and the blue lagoon are recommended places to visit for the day.
