Located Just 1 street off Tower Road Sliema The apartment is in a residential area located in the best part of Sliema 1 min walk from Balluta Bay in Sliema close to restaurants, cafeterias, bus stops and sandy beach close by. The areas of Sliema, Ballutta and St Julians are well known for some beautiful seaside promenade walks, and also for the luxury yacht marinas towards the Ta Xbiex area. buses are easily accessible along the promenade that extend towards Valletta via Ta Xbiex and Msida. Manoel island is situated just between Valletta, Sliema and Ta Xbiex. There are several restaurants, cafes and shopping centers that extend along the Strand and Tigne areas. The property is seconds away from Sliema promenade full of bars, restaurants, coffee shops, rocky beaches and bus stops.
