Pricing of the apartment utilities are included with the following consumption limits: Water 0.5 cubic meters per person p/week, Electricity 100kwh per apartment p/week, 1 gas bottle per apartment p/week. These parameters are usually more than enough for a 1 week stay. Any usage over and above the set limits are payable extra at a rate of €8.60 per cubic meter for water and €0.42 per kwh of electricity. For monthly stays or long let stays please note that the price does not include gas bills, water, and electricity . Guest will need to pay for utilities separately as per meter reading/s and/ or bills showing consumed units during your stay. As a guideline or estimate this is around euro 60/80 per month depending on how much you consume.

Village Neighborhood

Bugibba St Pauls Bay and Qawra are one of Maltas prime coastline holiday resorts. This apartment is ideally located in a peaceful area, and is just about 150 meters away from the seaside promenade, easy for a quick swim or stroll by the seaside Towards the center of Bugibba you will find several seaside local and international restaurants , cafes pubs, lounge bars performing live bands and more . These extend also all the way in towards Qawra where you will also find the likes of Casinos and more resuarants, including the likes of Pizza Hut and MacDOanls for a quick snack. The area also hosts some Scuba diving and water sport centers. Some local Ferry services also leave from here with trips to some secret or hideaway beaches around the Maltese islands including to Comino , the blue lagoon and towards or around Gozo island. These often leave from the Bugibba Jetty which is about 300 meters away from the apartment rental locatation and would be a good idea to esquire on the spot for timings and schedules being offered from time to time.

Parking & Bus Stops

A bus stop is near the apartment location which is about 150 meters away- From the nearby bus stop you can board any bus to the main beaches, or to cities like Valletta, Mdina, the Airport, Gozo Channel ferries and Comino ferry terminals.
