Two bedroom ground floor apartment to rent in Santa Maria Estate, Mellieha with swimming pool forming part of a villa property in Malta with one master bedroom furnished with a king sized double bed and 3 single beds in the other bedroom. The Kitchen is available for self catering purposes equipped with gas/hob/oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron/ironing board and safe deposit box, fans and all the necessary utensils. The Dining and living area are combined in one main room open plan. The dining table seats 4 to 5 persons. The Living area has a three seater sofa, armchairs and a coffee table. The Bathroom is equipped with with a bath, a walk in shower cubical, wash basin and WC. There is digital TV service available together with WiFi Internet access and a washing machine. The pool area is enormous with ample sunbathing area on sun loungers, and garden furniture. The apartment shares the use of the swimming pool with two other apartments that may or may not be occupied or rented at the time. The swimming pool is about 9 meters by 5 meters and has a deep and shallow end on each side respectively. The childrens splash pool is about 2.7 meters by 2.7 meters. Children are to be supervised at all times when using the pool.

The villa estate is located in Santa Maria estate mellieha where you will find it to be pleasant and tranquil all year round. The area mostly hosts privately owned Villas with their own respective land. Further up towards the main street of Mellieha and the town center you will find all amenities including convenience stores / banks/ atm , cafes , restaurants and more. The beach is about 8 minutes away depending on which route you take for the shortest time. A bus stop is about 8 minutes walk from the property location
