It has 3 bedrooms, 2 seperate bathrooms and a spacious kitchen dining living room with a balcony overlooking the sea.

Apartment is just a few minutes walking distance to Sliema, Paceville, the best restaurants, nightlife, shops, and a wide variety of entertainment and relaxation. Close by you will also find large outside play areas for kids.

The space
This seafront 3 bedroom apartment is directly located on St Julian's seafront, enjoying spectacular views of Spinola and Balluta Bay from its balcony. Please view the attached images to see the nice view there is from the balcony.

The apartment is fully equipped, finished and furnished. It has three bedrooms, a spacious kitchen-dining-living room with a balcony overlooking the sea and two full and seperate bathrooms. The first bathroom has both a bath and a seperate shower. The second bathroom has a bath with a handheld shower.

It is very romantic to sit in the living room or on the balcony to enjoy dinner facing the sea and at the same time watch the sunset. The balcony is quite big and has a table with chairs.

- Fast unlimited WiFi internet in all the rooms and TV with hundreds of Channels in different languages. Both are free of charge;
- Well equipped kitchen including electric oven, microwave, toaster, Percolator, 4 electric hobs, fridge freezer, etc;

Village Neighborhood

Spinola Bay and Balluta Bay are probably the most picturesque and popular areas to stay. The apartment block is within walking distance to a supermarket, shopping center , cafes, restaurants, wine bars, live international casinos, water sport centers , night clubs and more. You can easilly just walk over to Sliema along the seaside promendade , stop for a swim or dine by the sea. From here there are several bus stops venturing to wards Valletta within approximately 15 minutes and other points of interest or on the other side towards the north of Malta and Gozo within approx 40 minutes.
This area also hosts several branded franchises of the likes of McDonalds and Burger king or PizzaHut should you want to take a quick bite and get on with your day. There are several ATM cash points and Banks to make use of here.

Parking & Bus Stops

A bus stop is within a few minutes walk away. On demand Taxis , scooter rental services are widely used in this area.. The airport is about 20-25 minutes drive /bus away. Cirkewwa Gozo Ferry port - 40 minutes drive / bus away. Sliema Ferry for Boat Trips around several parts of the islands - 15 minutes drive/bus away. A bus stop is just accross the road from the apartment block.
